Visiting CMO

Annika Ljaš Eilat.

“Happiness is an inside job.”

A woman with blonde wavy hair, wearing a light blue blazer, white t-shirt, and black jeans, standing in a modern office space surrounded by plants, framed pictures, and contemporary furniture, smiling at the camera.

As Managing Partner at Exponential and one of the region's most experienced early-stage startup marketers, Annika has helped companies secure Fortune 500 clients, seven-digit startup investments, and top-tier press coverage. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with her little ones, playing padel, or going for a run.

Siena Secondary.

Siena Secondary Fund buys secondary stakes in proven technology companies across CEE and the Nordics – businesses with real revenue, product-market fit, and an exit in sight within roughly five years. We take minority positions with tickets of €1-5M, and on Carta's benchmarks our funds rank in the top decile of their vintages. Whether you're a founder, early employee, or fund looking for liquidity before the exit, or an LP looking for venture-grade returns without the ten-year wait – let's talk.
